Terms and Conditions :

  • Cancellation of registration must be made in written form (letter, fax or email) to Ingress Control Systems (M).Sdn Bhd within 5 working days prior to the event with 20% of the registration fees imposed for cancellation.
  • A 50% refund will be given for cancellation received 3 days prior to the seminar.
  • Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellation 2 days before the seminar. If registration is  confirmed,a 25% administrative charge will be incurred for non-attendance.
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute canditate(s) is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and position of the substitute delegate at least 2 days prior to the seminar.
  • Full registration fess must be received before commencement of the course. Participants with outstanding registration fees are required to make payment on site.
